Okay guys, question - I was driving north on Wilshire, made a left onto Beverly. There was one car in front of me and we both turn left on the changing of the arrow light (from yellow to red). The camera flashed. I am not sure if the other light was green, but I think it was red. Any thoughts on this? Do you think I got a ticket?
Thanks!

If you were already in the intersection, you probably won't get one. If you tried to beat the light across the line, you might.

I also want to mention that I was driving my boss' car. If I get the ticket it will go to his address, right? Will the points go to his driving records? Thanks very much for all inputs...

Funny this topic came up, as a truck breezed through a red light to make a right turn and got nailed at Olympic and If you tried to 'grandfather' yourself under the turning arrow, then it is a moving violation. The camera goes off only if your car is not in the intersection. So, the majority of the time, when the camera takes a picture, you're getting a ticket.

The ticket will go to your boss's address, since he will be the owner of record. You should probably get out in the front of this and tell him or her you ran a red light in their car and may have gotten a ticket.

The camera also catches the face of the person that is driving, so since you were driving the car there is a part of the ticket form he can fill out and the ticket will go to you.

Not sure but I thought some cameras automatically flash at the turn of red. If you already entered the intersection while it was yellow, then you should be fine.
