Default The best day to drive in Los Angeles

I'm wondering when is the best time and day to drive in Los Angeles where there's not a lot of people, retarded drivers, and jaywalkers.

I was on my way home via Hollywood Boulevard and the traffic was bad around there. I moved out of that lane but suddenly the cops flashed their lights. I don't know who they were flashing at, but they made a right. But I didn't get pulled over. A man with a clean driving record, I almost had a heart attack. I guess whenever I plan on going to Hollywood, I'm going to take a the train or the bus from now on. Plus the freaks come out at night.

I've driven down Hollywood Blvd a few times between 3:00 and 6:00 AM and found there was little or no traffic to speak of. Any other time I've found you have to deal with lots of street and/or foot traffic.

Christmas morning.

I usually take my bike on a tour of Downtown LA, or similar on holiday mornings, when the traffic is light.
