Default South Region HS 2 may finally relieve Uni HS... in 2011!

After looking at the case of University High School, I want to see some of the forced transfers alleviated.

Well, I found a new school called South Region HS 2 will open in LA in 2011, relieving Fremont, Jefferson, and Santee high schools:

Turns out a majority of people forced to transfer to Uni are from the Fremont zone.
