I have had many WOW LA moments, including some mentioned, But what always sticks in my mind is the first time I saw snow on the mountains while driving over the hilly part of palms blvd, at sepulveda. The idea of seeing those snowy peaks at the same time it was sunny and warm where I was. I'm still amazed by it every winter.

I do have to say that although I have lived here since 91, I am still eager to leave Los Angeles, I have really never felt at home here and am still working on moving back east. Just more my style.

Well, I've been here over 26 years now and I don't think I ever fell in love with L.A. I actually moved here with my family in 1983 not by choice. There were times that I did not even want to be in L.A. anymore. I was kind of fed up with the way the city is so sprawled all over the place and distances between cities are so far. I don't think I'm in love with the city now although I still like it enough to stay for a little while longer. Does L.A. have its problems? Of course it does. But all things considered, its not a terrible place.
