We were just thinking to stay for the summer , now we are thinking about a whole semester in LA, but I've noticed that most corporate housing companies have a limit of 2 persons per bedroom, which is fine with us being 4, but what if grandma and grandpa come for the weekend, or a colleague ask for a night in my couch, or my kid has a friend over or wants to have a small pj party? how are these regulations enforced? could I be fined? or noone is really checking? We usually have a couple of visitors over the year...don't want to get in trouble, but I can't refuse a guest...

You have a right to have a guest.

We used corporate housing when we were looking for our new place and it was just like renting an apartment. No one paid any attention to us as long as we paid our bills. Although I suppose they might have objected to a wild party (we have two little kids, so that was unlikely LOL). It was actually a really great experience! No worries about guests. They wanted us to be happy so that we would use them again if we needed to
They even came and fixed the tv as soon as we called about it. We will definitely use them again should the need arise. |
