There's a little guy pushing a cart with a cooler in it and toots his horn every night right about now...Someone from another city said he's probably selling corn? I'll stop him one day, but does anybody know what might be in there, and is it good??

Doesn't it say on the side of the cart? If its a cooler, its probably paletas or Jarritos.
