Because that's how things work and if they let anyone that was a relative of someone that was married to an American come over with a visa we would have a really big problem.

Your wife is a dentist so she will easily get a visa and presumably as spouse you will too.
She will also get a salary of $200,000 plus.
You should get onto a Masters program and develop your photography here, there is literally a “shed load” of stuff to take pictures of.
Just a BA or BSc degree has no credibility here at all.
