"Cause the guy with cold hard cash is always Mr. Right!"

Sounds like a nice time though I might check it out soon. Thanks OP.

L.A. is loaded with great date places. If your creative enough you can do a few fabulous things without spending alot of cash.

I had an ice cream and walk around the park date today. It was okay. I'd prefer a night on the town date personally.

If I was a lady, and a guy spent more than one quarter day's salary (two hours worth of pay) on a first date, it would raise a yellow flag and I would question that guy's financial judgment.

Really? We have had a balance of "low cost" dates with an expensive one too. I liked it. The guy has his own house, a nice car, and I think probably has well of parents too. Assuming he isn't seeing a million girls while seeing me, if he only sees me 1-2x a week (we didn't see each other this week though), I actually don't think it's a financial red flag. Some people don't like spending money on dates, and others spend more than others.

While it was the best date I have been on in a long time, the guy seemed to have just done the fade on me. =(

I know he doesn't make much money. He's a teacher. I think though his parents have helped him out.
