Default Moving to Los Angeles

im on of many people that want to move to LA to start a career in close protection after my military career is over. just wondering if anyone could help me with the best places to live in the city ?

i don't think it will matter as you'll probably need to travel as a personal bodyguard to where ever your clients need you. if you plan on only being at home security, most of the rich, famous, and powerful live in/near the santa monica mountains between the hollywood hills and malibu. this is a very large area so it's difficult to pin point one (or even a few) areas you should live. a lot more information will need to be provided before anyone here can help you (ie what your budget will be and what type of lifestyle you're looking for). i have a friend who is in your line of business and he has lived all over the city for the past 5 years or so.
