I have been in Ca(IE area) for several months and I have being seeking work. Now I'm debating about moving to another area in ca due to not being able to find work. I have applied everywhere including fast food and I still get turned down. I have a degree in marketing & management as well as experience in the Insurance field(auto, home, boat, and etc..) Help any feedback is important. I'll willing to do customer service work at call center or everywhere.

Might be easier for you to move anywhere that there are jobs, including out of California. For example, if you have a family, you could conceivably move somewhere cheap, rent cheap there, and continue to apply to CA jobs (using your CA address). Do this until you find a job in CA. Moving (if you own a home) is a huge, expensive deal.

However, if you're a single person in an apartment and you can fit everything you own in a pickup truck, then you can move wherever you want.
