Hi guys! I would like to help make our county a better place. If you give me the address of abandoned properties I will look into getting them cleaned up to help our local communities. Lets clean up our neighborhoods, one house at a time.

Thanks!

The banks who own these properties have crews doing this already. What you offer is called trespassing, and I suspect a bit of squatting as well.

Generally speaking, compared to inner-city neighborhoods in places in the Midwest and back East, LA doesn't have nearly as many abandoned/vacant properties. Sure, there are half-finished suburban developments littered across exurban areas, and some grit/blight in the city core proper, but I think the property values (along with corresponding demand) are just too high to allow for widespread abandonment.

There are many properties that are abandoned and not bank owned. I am looking for addresses not peoples opinions.

I think you should start with the city council and local law enforcement support and directions. The cops know abandon properties in everytown.

If your intentions are good you may even get sponsors. If you are trying to squat and get homeless people in there then you wouldnt want to chanel through the city and local law enforcement.

If you are honest in your endeavors, you would probably already know who to go to and how to find abandoned buildings/homes to rehab and not have to come onto an online forum for such things...

While your intentions may be good, I agree that it's inviting problems to ask people to post the addresses of abandoned properties online. I'm sure you can imagine some of the potential undesirable complications, which would directly counteract your stated mission.
