I am purchasing a home that is on a septic system. Can anyone recommend a good company to do an inspection? Thanks in advance!

Re Septic inspection: MAKE SURE WHOEVER DOES THE INSPECTION RUNS A VIDEO CAMERA DOWN THE LINES. Very important. If the septic tank is metal, a regular 'test flush' will not detect any holes in the tank. You, however, will find out about the holes real quick once you start to run water in the house. The cost of replacing the tank will run into the thousands. So, video camera down the lines with a clear septic inspection report by the company doing the inspection. Do not settle for anything less than that. Hopefully the tank is concrete because those last a lot longer than the metal type.
