Yes, I truly am at a loss of words. Your... hrmmm.. which word should I use??

half-knowledge?
illiteracy?

I don't know, I'll just go with:

Your awkward stabs at communication (both in form and function) make me speechless.

Jack: You have a lot to learn. Making a renters life "hellish" as you say is punishable by Landlord Tennant laws of Santa Monica. Laws have specifically been established to address landlords that share the same rude mentality as you.

As for luck, it plays no part in this. My landlord has come to me 4 times with money offers ... now i may revisit but with a much higher figure.

May the Gods never allow Jack to have an apartment building.

XZYAN,
You are assuming because I own a rent control unit that I'm old? LOL. That says a lot about you. I'm not old surfer boy (I'm younger than Angelina Jolie)... just smart with money.

And I never said I wouldn't play by the rules. And also note, I said I'd make YOUR life hellish. Why should I have any problems with the rest of my tennants?
