Default what can I expect for 15,000 $

I'm moving to LA and I'm looking at some real estates for rent. I'm not smobish or anything but is it me or it is impossible to find little luxury under 25k. I only looked at places on hollywood hills. So do you know what I can expact for 15-20k . Because I think it is irracional to pay more even if you can.
thnx

Can you clarify your budget? Is this $25K rent per month? Per year? Sales price?

Truthfully, you aren't going to find anything nice unless you are renting for 30,000 per month or more.
