Asthmatic child: moving to Shreveport/Bossier area
Hello all.
My husband has recieved orders to the Shreveport/Bossier area and I have decided to live in the Bossier area after doing some research on schools and other factors. Anyway my problem and worry is that I have a severely asthmatic child who is on several different Medications at the moment for his asthma and his allergies. We are coming from Newport News, VA and he has recieved excellent medical care at Portsmouth Naval Hospital and is doing well for the first time in his 5 years on this earth. He has an Allergy doctor and a Pulmonologist and I was wondering what major hospitals surround the area that can keep up the level of care he is accustomed to.
Any information would be helpful as we prepare our family for a move to Louisiana.
