Default Good economic news for the North Shore
Although the Stennis Space Center is just over the border in Hancock County, Mississippi, it still has a big economic impact on the New Orleans metro area, and in particular, the North Shore. Between Michoud and Stennis, NASA plays a bigger role in the local economy than many realize.
