Huntermurphy there is a lot of work going on in north Louisiana right now. It's not offshore obviously, but the fields are extremely active within the Haynesville Shale. I would say contact the Halliburton or Schlumberger offices in Bossier City. Though I must admit, Halliburton seems like a much better company to work for from the perspective of people I know in the industry.
