Cosign! Starbucks is overroasted! You need to make your way to a community coffee house or local coffee shop in your town.

I am not an everyday coffee drinker, but I do enjoy a good cup of coffee. The only way I know to get fresh coffee is from a bean. Sixty years ago grocery stores like the A&P and Kroger sold beans and provided a grinder in the aisle with the beans for customers who were ready to grind the beans. Today it isn't very hard to find a home grinder and beans. The are a zillion ways to get flavored coffee. The only way I can Starbuck's flavors is to buy it from Starbucks. I buy the Carmel and use it for coffee and for baking. It is yummy.

I think there are some stores that still do that. My mom was telling me about getting the beans and grinding them. She says that it makes the best cup of coffee.

The Mochasippi® is good! I love also the turtle Mochasippi where the hazelnut added . I wish LC had CC's community coffeehouse somewhere, maybe one will open up in that new retail park. We have CC's kiosk at McNeese State Univeristy but it's only open on school days.
