Default Change relators

Hi, I would suggest to change realtors and you may have to come down on your price in order to get out from under it. I hear tell century 21 is a good realtor agency it couldn't hurt to try.. Wish ya luck Terri

Hi

I hope you don't have to wait too long before you sell your property.

A couple of things I would suggest are:

Firstly, open the drapes in the rooms and let that light in to brighten up the rooms. The property description says "Lovely lanscaping with many ornamental trees and perrenial plants" but, because all the drapes are down, no-one can tell and it looks like you are trying to stop them seeing what is outside.

Secondly, pull the shower curtain to the side to open up the bathroom. Keeping it closed just makes it look small and cramped.

Best wishes

Stuart

Boston Snowbird is on a distinguished road
use a wider lens setting - zoom out - so the rooms will look bigger. declutter declutter and get rid of clutter. open curtins, we have to do the same thing to sell our condo in South Boston near the beach. Good luck - seems a great little house.

I just viewed the pictures tonight (Sun). I would remove the one chair in the living room....from the picture of the LR it looks like that chair is scootted right up against the couch and that was squeezed in there due to a tight fit. This signals to me LR is very small. I agree with getting rid of the brown/reddish curtains....are not attractive to me through the pictures. Is there a way to get rid of the microwave and stand it to me makes the kitchen appear there is not enough room. Also outside...is there a need for a close up of 704? Because in the picture right below the number is what appears to be a paint chip that signals the outside has to be re-painted. Also....to me the picture of the entry door in front of the house looks dark (because of shade) and it looks like to me the trees/bushes near the entry way are overgrown and can be trimmed back quite a bit (again from the looks of the pictures). Agree with the prev poster about un-zooming some of your pictures some to get a better feel of room. Too much way up close shots signals to me a very small room. And one more thing if there is anyway to get a round table in the dining area that may help. You are marketing this to single's or small families I pressume based on the sq footage. Play up location near water, etc.

anyway that are my initial observations....I am not in the real estate business at all....but have moved several times.

Dan
