Of course it is... Bell South provides DSL & Cox provides cable... all over

DSL is not an acceptable broadband. It is laughable. Don't know about Cox Cable but check dslreports.com
That's been a major stumbling block in our pursuit of a new place to buy and relocate to. Good luck!
