Cool Golden Meadow

I want to visit the Golden Meadow area to do some historical and genelogical research.
What are the best places to stay, visit, eat, etc?
Weather wise when is the best time to visit?

I don't know anything about Golden Meadow except that there is this radio station that I listen to in the mornings. I think I can help you with the weather though. Now would be a nice time to visit the weather is mild also March/April would be pleasant.

You might want to contact the library in the Larose-Cutoff area. I’ve seen genealogy info in the library in Thibodaux-so I’m sure someone in that Larose area will be able to help you with your historical and genealogy questions. The phone # is 985-693-3336.
