I don't think your son can attend a school in Caddo Parish if you live in Bossier Parish. In any event, Bossier Parish's normal public schools are just as good as Caddo Parish's Magnet Schools. Caddo Parish had to create the magnet schools so the decent kids could get a decent education. In Bossier Parish, every public school kid can get a decent education... particularly at Benton, Haughton, Parkway, and Airline High Schools.
