Am seeking information on an old cemetery located in Midway, Louisiana. My father told me that his mother is buried there in an unmarked grave. Very sketchy infomation as my father was 2 years old when she died in 1910, and he has been deceased since 1975. Trying to follow up on a promise to him that I would try to locate the burial place or at least the cemetery and place a marker in her memory. Her name was Lydia Leoma Tyndall Dawsey. I believe the family may have been Methodist or Baptist so that may help with locating the cemetery. Her husband was a logger; that's what placed them in Midway at the time of her death. Thanks for any help! SunshineSally from SW Louisiana
