I love the culture (Tiger tailgating, crawfish and beer to name a few), the friendly people, and the food of course!

I love the food, the music, the not so hard to take climate and all my friend and family. It ain't so bad, everybody. We aren't burning up with fires or bureid under snow and ice, no real water shortages. There is something to be said for humidity after all. For that "comfortable dry air" climate comes with a price to pay.

I love the culture.. It is the only place I know that will celebrate when a old town allegator dies and throw a party.
I also LOVE Mardi Gras, the colors, music and tradition. THE FOOD Is awesome... every had a Yankee Jambalaya compared to a REAL one? Not the same thing at all. Pralines....Po Boys... Popeyes Chicken..... GUMBO.... Jambalaya ...Mummmmmm! And while I am not a football fan, I love seeing how excited everyone gets over LSU games. |
