First questions I'd ask are:

1. What type work ? You're likely going to be working in BR.
2. Any kids ?
3. Is there a reason you're moving to Zachary ? In other words, might other areas interest you ?

Zachary should be great! I live in Central and people in Baton Rouge must not see their behavoir for what it is. Community is great even if you have to drive. Lots of business is beginning to locate to Zachary. The schools are rated in the top all the time. Even without children it shows in the pride of the community. Baton Rouge has little pride and lots of arrogance. Not all just generalized.

???? - please explain Baton Rouge's shortcomings. Youi're referring to the community or (what's left of the) EBR school system ?
