Default A couple hundred acres in LA for a few thousand dollars???

Saw this on a real estate site. Figured it had to be a dumb mistake, but then I saw a few other similar listings. Just for one example, one listing was in Angie, a place I've never heard of, apparently right by the Mississippi border in Southeastern Louisiana.

Are there really places in Louisiana with land that cheap? Is it because it's just swamp land that can't be drained or something?
