The first picture was taken in a swampy area of Avoyelles Parish in I believe what is called Bayou Du Lac. The last 2 pictures were taken during a tour of the Cypress Island Swamp near Lake Martin. All 3 pictures were taken in August of 2005.

i am from indiana have never been to Louisiana.
Louisiana looks like a wonderful state to live in!
