Default VNA or healtcare for uninsured in Alexandria

Where I live our Visiting Nurse Assn. has a large bus that travels around to different locations and a nurse practicioner will see sick people for free if they are uninsured. Does every place have this? Is this service going to be available in the Alexandria or Pineville Area that anyone knows of?

No, that is not available here, but what a great resource. We have a charity hospital in Pineville and a few MDs in town who take medicaid.
