Default new drivers license when moving to LA. (test required?)

Does anyone who has relocated from FL. to LA. gone and gotten a new drivers license? Did you have to re-test or did they just give you a new one?

It's been years, but when I changed over from MS to LA, all I had to do was take the eye exam again. I did not have to take a new written exam or driving test.
Don't know if that's changed any or not. Doesn't look like it has.
