Air traffic can be heard in Haughton, but it's never real loud. I grew up right off the base's flight line... that was loud. Most of the plans that fly over Haughton are at a pretty high altitude.
The biggest issues with the towns you listed would be that there are routine explosions tests at the Army Ammunition Plant located between Haughton and Doyline. When those exlposions occur, it can scare people and animals.
Also, for some reason Haughton seems to have a hard time keeping electricity on. My wife and I arrived home yesterday to find all the power was off in Haughton. We went out to dinner in Bossier City, and when we got home the power had been restored.
BUT Haughton is 10-15 minutes from Bossier City, so it would be the most convenient of all those towns to decent shopping and dining. Aside from the explosions and the power outages, my little community in Haughton is extremely nice and quiet. Good luck, and if I can help you locate a home in Haughton, let me know. In the 2 years I've lived there I've come to know the town quite well.
