Personally, I wouldn't consider Lake Vista "historical". Sorry.

You're absolutely correct but the OP did say preferably, not absolutely required. It's also probably not that close a walk to restaurants and the grocery. It is an alternative to a newly rennovated house in the Garden District, however, if they can't find something in their price range. Those redone houses tend to be much higher.
