Actually, I think you have some awesome leads to go on. You should have a good chance of finding the info your looking for. It'll take time and talking to alot of people but you can find it.

The Welsh/Roanoke area is a widespread rural area. I wasn't living there at the time. If the house was far out in the country it could have been anywhere.

I don't recall any of those names. Now if the man she was seeing moved back to Welsh and you can remember his name, I might be able to help a little farther.

Also, you can call the Jeff Davis Parish fire chief and talk to him. They probably won't be able to tell you about where he's buried but they can give you move information on what happened. Not much happens around here so the fire chief would remember something like that even if it was in 1999. The number for the Welsh Station is 337-734-2823.
