Wow, now there's one I didn't know existed! I love David Allan Coe, and was mad that I had to miss him when he stopped in a couple months ago for a show. It would seem fitting that he would perform that song when he plays here... I wonder if he did... hmmm.

Edit: So glad I found this, it actually sounds like a good song. I'm going to download the mp3 tomorrow when I'm more awake (I'm falling asleep now). Also it looks like David Allan Coe performs a song called Would They Love Me Down In Shreveport. And one which I forgot all about, called Would They Love HIM Down In Shreveport, has been performed by George Jones and The Oak Ridge Boys. I don't know how the David Allan Coe song differs aside from the one word in the title, but I'm sure it does.

YouTube has many-- many songs from Louisiana artist. Go to Louisiana Country Music Hall of Fame.. Music from 60's, 70's etc. Great music
