Default A casino in Plain Dealing?

I heard there's a casino in or near Plain Dealing on Hwy 3, but cannot find any reference to it on the internet. Is this true? If so, when was it built?

If such a thing exists, it's just a video poker room and not really a casino. They cleverly disguise those ridiculous turds as casinos to draw people in. I don't think I've seen a bigger crock of **** than a video poker 'casino', to be honest.

I only gamble on rare occasion, so if you mean how are they in terms of which is the best, I don't know. But in terms of if they're real casinos and such, yes, all the casinos on the Shreveport and Bossier riverfronts are real casinos with slots, tables, etc. Some of them even have poker rooms (I don't know which ones.) Just look out for any hotels, bars, restaurants or truck stops with signs saying "casino," because all those places have are cheesy video poker rooms.

Thanks.
We plan on visiting NW La next month, and decided we would like to spend a night in either Shreveport or Bossier City; preferably at one of the casinos. I'm not a gambler either, and usually limit myself to a minimal dollar amount.
If anyone on this board could recommend the best casino to spend our time at(Shreveport or B City), including accomodations, dining, etc; it would be helpful. Also, if we cannot get booked at a casino hotel room, which hotels are in close proximity to the casinos? Peferably walking distance?... or is it safe to walk?
I considered Springhill near La Downs, but found out that the track is only open until October, and that the nearby casino only has slot machines, and no gaming tables.
I was born in Shreveport, but did not really live there. I don't know much about Shreveport or B City, except for the airport, a certain shopping mall, Rt 3, 220, and I-20. :-( We plan to spend a day or two exploring the city of my birth.

edited: I found some threads on casinos in SHVPT and BCity. I'll take a look at them.
