Moving to Pineville/Alex area in January (apartment complex, rent to own)

Here's the situation.
My husband and I currently live in Missouri. He will be getting his AAS degree in CAD/D this December and we'll be moving in January *waiting for the last GI Bill before we leave*. We have 2 Labrador Retrieves ( 2 1/2 and 4 1/2 years old and housebroken). They can be indoor or outdoor dogs. We are also going to adopt within the first year or two. He already has a job waiting for him at Distran.

Basically we need either a house (preferably), mobile home on land, or an apartment. Needs to be 2 br, with either a fenced in yard for the dogs or dogs allowed inside. Preferably 20 minutes or less from Distran (on Hwy 28 Pineville). $650 or less a month (with a deposit same as rent or less). Rent to own would be considered depending on the house and location.

Does anyone know of a house, mobile home, or apartment complex that fits that description???? Dogs MUST be allowed no matter what!
