University of Louisiana at Monroe (dorms, transfer, construction)

Hi...Is the University of Louisiana at Monroe a good university?
What can you tell me about it?

Well I went to ULM one summer semester about 4 years ago and I hated it. It was a dirty campus, with too much hype. It just felt junky to me.Construction going on everywhere..The only reason I would every tell anyone to consider going there is the Pharmacy program, which used to be decent, though I heard it is also undergoing construction. The dorm I stayed in was decent.

I graduated from there (when it was still NLU) but I think it's pretty much the same from what i've heard. They have a good Pharmacy Dept. and Nursing program but that's about it. The biggest mistake I made was transferring from LA Tech to NLU. The parking is horrible and they always have construction going on somewhere on campus. I didn't live in the dorms so I can't tell you anything about them. Sorry, but as i'm thinking back on my experiences with the school I really can't come up with anything good to say about it.
