Alexandria has the "TownTalk". It's the paper and online...I've only been here a year and a half, but that's the only place i've found to buy and sell things. I also know like at Rapides Regional hospital they have an e-mail that goes out weekly to all the employees that posts things for sale. Other than that and signs in your front yard lol or word of mouth...u'r SOL. Only the younger generations use computers here from what i've seen, and definately aren't as advanced as craigslist or even e-bay. Good luck!
