Default Moving from Atlanta to Mandeville

Hey Guys! I am moving from Atlanta to Mandeville, my fiancee got a job at Franco's and I was just wondering what to except. Is it better to rent a house or get a apartment? It seems the apartments are kind of expensive and you would do better renting a house. What kind of things to do in mandeville? We are a newly engaged couple, 21 & 23. Can anyone suggest any other things, doctors, vets, banks, daycare, childcare facilities?? Anything. Thank you for all your help!

I grew up going to Franco's! Very nice and personable gym facility. There are lots of young couples and families in Mandeville. I would think it would be better to try to rent a house, since there are lots on the market for sale. If you contact a local realtor, they may have a client that would be willing to rent with the current housing slump. I agree that the apartment prices are high right now and there really isn't an overabundance of apartments in Mandeville anyway. You can PM me if you want some more info. I don't want to put any names on here, just for privacy reasons.
Just a thought, you could check out Madisonville, too, because it is right down the road from Francos. Wow, I must admit I'm a twinge jealous, since you are leaving ATL. I'm dying to. And when it comes to food/restaurant selection, you are in for a fantastic treat!
