Default Special needs school in Youngsville

HI ! We are getting relocated to Youngsville (Louisiana). I was sad to hear that because I heard that medical facilities are not excellent in Lousiana. My 3.5 years old son has mild cerebral palsy and autism. I need an excellent special needs school for him which is able to provide (speech, occupational, ABA and physical therapy to him). I can put him in any public or private school because the education expenses will be paid by the employer. Please suggest the best school. His cerebral palsy is not that serious. So, if there is no school which is excellent for both cerebral palsy and autism, then I would chose a school which is excellent for autism.
