Do anyone know when the waterpark in rayne suppose to be completed?

Looks like they're still trying to get the financing for it - even assuming they got the financing, I would imagine it'd be a couple of years:

Don't know if it will ever be built, I thought there was a time line for this project being it was partly funded by GO-Zone funds after Katrina & Rita. But there is currently a Water park being built in Jennings right on I-10, I passed there a while back and it seems to be coming along pretty well. I don't know if two water parks that close to each other can both survive economically.
