Fun stuff for kids in north Louisiana (Shreveport, Bossier City: amusement park, purchase)

What are some fun activities/events/places for us families with young children in north Louisiana? Also, give your opinions about the ones listed. I'll start with a few:

Gators & Friends in Greenwood
Water Town in Shreveport (is that actually considered Shreveport? it's sooo far)
Movies & Moonbeams in Shreveport/Bossier
Jumpin Jupiter in Bossier
Sci-Port in Shreveport
The Jungle Gym in (West?) Monroe

How about hiking Longleaf Vista down in Natchitoches Parish ?

Theres Excalibur Family Entertainment Center in West Monroe. A great Amusement park for children. The Northeast Louisiana Children's Museum in Monroe, its educational fun for the smaller kids. Dont forget about the Louisiana Purchase Gardens and Zoo in Monroe, not sure if the rides are running but plenty to do there still.

There is also Party Central in Bossier City, on Viking Drive. They have an arcade, go-kart track, miniature golf, etc.

And if we're considering Natchitoches as part of north Louisiana, then don't forget the Bayou Pierre Alligator Park.
