Acadia Parish Holiday
Yes, you read correctly. I spent a holiday in Acadia Parish, and I had a really good time. The background is that my mom's family is from Crowley and I really wanted to revisit the area and reconnect with some family there. I stayed in a charming Bed and Breakfast in Rayne, which is run by a Cajun couple. I toured Crowley (the Historic District and the Opera House), took a tour of the Atchafalaya Basin, and went to the Tabasco factory. All in all, I had a really nice time. I have attached a few pics that I took of the area.
I can't wait to revisit Louisiana again!
