daily work transportation needed from hammond to baton rouge
I will be moving back home to Hammond from Atlanta (yep, some of us DO come back home) in June 2010. However after researching job prospects in Hammond, it seems as if I will be more probable to find a job in my field in Baton Rouge. In Atlanta, we have the Clean Air Commuter Club which we can catch at predetermined pick up / drop off spots throughout smaller towns to car pool to work in Atlanta. We also have public transportation busses that run between cities. The first few weeks after I come home to Hammond I may not have a car. I was just wondering if there were commuter services between Hammond and Baton Rouge on a daily basis, for those that live in Hammond and work in Baton Rouge?
