My husband is being flown in for a second interview in 2 weeks and we are likely moving to the area in Dec. He will be working in the humana building in downtown Louisville.

We are coming from the Phoenix area where the housing market crashed badly. In this market we were able to pay cash for a house and we know we will not likely have that opportunity in the midwest. However, we would like to make the most of the money we will be coming with and stay in the $110,000 range.

We are originally from Tell City and Evansville and would like to stay on the Indiana side. We are fine with rural or suburb type areas, but schools are important because we have a 6 and 8 year old.

Any advice/suggestions are welcome and realtor referrals would be a bonus. TIA

You should be fine in the Lanesville/Georgetown/Floyds Knobs areas. I will pm you with Realtor referrals.
