I was wondering what your take is on the general atmosphere for newcomers/twentysomethings/creative people living in the area. And the singles scene...does a good one exist?

From the looks of it, the food and music scenes seem great!! I generally like places with lots of culture and character and history, somewhere that is down-to-earth but has a sense of coolness and creativity about it as well. And, in any locale, friendliness/openness to strangers and mingling is a huge plus!

Something about Louisville just seems like it may be a cool mix of the previous things. Also considering Minneapolis, Boston, and Philly. (Random, I know) I know Louisville is a ton smaller than both of those, but it would likely be more laid-back.

Gaw I'm indecisive though. Holla

This is my first post---any advice would totally be welcomed!!!! Thanks!
