It is looking like my family and I will be relocating to the Louisville in the near future. Would like to rent a house preferably in the country prior to buying. Looking for some suggestions on good areas to look for rentals and the best places to find listings of rentals that would be a reasonable commute into Louisville. Would like to spend no more that $1000/month for a 3 bedroom house. Our goal, once we get settled and familiar with the area, is to purchase an existing house on land to start a small farm, hence why we would like to rent in the country.
