I have several friends in the legal community and their opinion is that they can't believe how this prosecutor keeps using evidence that is clearly inadmissible. All of them predicted his prior trials would be reversed and they were right.

Honestly, I blame this on the prosecutor and the judge. They should know the correct way to try a person without using bad evidence. I think the guy is guilty but if they don't have enough admissible evidence to convict him and are forced to use inadmissible evidence, it worries me a little.

I say just try the guy with good evidence and let the jury convict him or not.

I agree completely. One of my bosses is related the the wife and kids who were killed.... he is their uncle in fact and I hate that he will have to go through all this mess again.

I just found about this case a few days ago, and it is sickening that this whole case has played out like it has. Two guilty ruling and two overturned ruling by a higher court, seriously what will it take to get a FAIR trial?!

Honestly, I doo feel he is innocent, and that the judges and former prosecuters are guilty of something 'cause of thier poor form in handling this case.
