Mortgage Question ??
I have been a big fan of this forum every since I found out my family was going to be transferred to Ky. I need some advice and am hoping someone can help. My family has been renting a home here while we are trying to sell our home in Ga. We have now found a new home here in Ky in which we would love to purchase. Do you know of any real estate companys that are willing to purchase homes out of state if you buy thru them? Or of any other way possible we could get into this home? It is a new home and they are not willing to lease with option to buy. After we sell our existing home we will have about a $100,000 down payment. We have excellent credit and I really don't want to own two homes at once.
