Hello forum,

I was wondering if anyone had information/insight/tips in finding a short term rental in Louisville.

I'm looking for something in the 500 per month range...and centrally located in or near downtown. I've looked on craigslist and have found a couple promising apartments there, but is there anywhere else I could be looking?

any ideas?

thanks

Short term rentals are tough to find. How short? Please contact Kentucky Towers first, which is a high rise downtown. Ask about their monthly rates on executive suites where you can prob get in around 570 with utilities included. The building is connected to the Hilton parking garage which has a pool on top (operated by citys PARC authority which offers half priced parking for downtown residents), and it is located one block from

Fourth Street Live!

By spring or so, this entire corridor will be booming with construction as a 250 million dollar expansion of that entertainment center will add much needed national retailers to downtown, and several high rise condo projects will begin along with a new Embassy Suites across from the Hilton. If that option doesn't work, let me know and I will look into other options for a short term lease, but downtown living is popular now and leases less than 1 year are rare bc they dont need to offer that kind of deal to fill apartments.
