I'm moving back to Louisville within a month or so and I'm curious as to what affordable housing downtown might be available. I'm especially interested in some of the high rise locations (but open to other locations as well)

I'd be looking for a studio or a 1 bedroom. I'm also interested in a location where credit criteria is not so stringent (but not lacking either...if that makes any sense). I don't have great credit, but I do have great work history, rental references, personal references and background.

Does this maybe ring a bell for anyone out there? Should I be focusing my attention in one direction?

I appreciate any information you can provide!

What is your price range?

2 buildings come to mind for you in the cheaper price range where they will not be as stringent on credit:

Barrrington Place and Kentucky Towers. Both are very well located highrise buildings around 17-20 stories each. Barrington especially has some cheap studios.
